I purchased this for my girlfriend last Christmas and included an SD memory card preloaded with pictures. It has not been unplugged since (which has cured some of my fears of longevity). As one of the other reviews mentions; there is an issue with aspect ratios. However, the only pictures that I have had difficulties with are those that are taken in vertical orientations. The vast majority of my horizontal pictures fill the entire screen and are relatively clear. I would appreciate the presence of an on/off switch but it is not a deal breaker. Over all, it is a “cute” product and most girls will probably appreciate it just for that fact. A little more stylish than most of the digital pic frames on the market. However, there are better ones out there.

Image quality is fine but the user interface is poor. Everything related to loading and using this frame is complicated, from the software to the hardware (buttons). Nothing is clear, the user guide is almost useless and I’m a tekkie type. Even worse, each time it turns off-on, you have to go through a series of menu choices all over again just to show the same album. Don’t buy this — there are far better choices out there.
