Very disappointing for a Kodak product. Loading the pics was a challenge. However, in all fairness, the images were good once we finally got them on the frame. Touch screen does not work as well as advertised (freezes/limited functionality). Audio playback advertised as a feature but it took three days to get songs on and then they weren’t the ones we selected. No support – SIX attempts to contact Kodak for assistance failed. Users guide is useless (majority of the booklet is repeating the same minimal instructions in other languages). We are returning the unit. Rated one star but would prefer to chose 0 stars if that was an option.
