I bought this product a month ago as a gift to my brother in law. So far he is very impressed with the photo frame. The picture is very crisp with good resolution. The software works fine. The touch screen (or I should say touch frame) menu options are very convenient and intuitive, makes it easier to operate. So overall I am very satisfied with this digital frame. I am reserving 5th star for customer service (I hope I don’t have to contact them at all!). But otherwise I would surely recommend buying this product. Good value for money!
